I started my career as a British Gas apprentice, gaining solid experience in domestic gas servicing, breakdowns, and repairs. I then spent 15 years as a Technical Training Manager for a major pump manufacturer in the North East, building strong expertise in pumped water systems and problem-solving, which has been invaluable for my work as a Newcastle plumber. 

Now, I offer reliable, high-quality plumbing and heating services, including boiler servicing and plumbing repairs. I’m committed to excellent workmanship, honest communication, and great customer service, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly.
